All editions have annual service terms, with multi-year options available, despite monthly per-employee rates. The 30-day trial is for Automate. There is no free plan.

Detect: $12 per employee/month, with one-year log retention, unlimited ingestion, cloud and local network SIEM visibility, pre-tuned detections, compliance-ready reporting, voice, email and text notifications, and expert help from 9am–8pm ET. Required white-glove onboarding costs $500 once. This is the entry point for teams focused on visibility and alerts, but it lacks the endpoint response and round-the-clock critical incident support of Respond.
Respond: $16 per employee/month, including everything in Detect, one Blumira Agent per employee, endpoint detections, honeypots, host isolation, process termination, dynamic blocklists and 24/7 critical incident support. Required onboarding costs $250 once. It is the stronger choice for teams that need help containing endpoint threats, though automation and API access remain reserved for Automate.
Automate: $21 per employee/month, including everything in Respond, SOC Auto-Focus, automated threat containment, automated dynamic blocklists and API access. White-glove onboarding is included. Choose it when automated response or integrations through the API justify the higher rate.

One Agent per employee is included with Respond and Automate; additional Agents cost $3 per agent/month and can be purchased across editions. The annual term means the monthly price is not a month-to-month commitment.
