Overview

FlowSavvy schedules tasks into a calendar and reschedules them when plans change. It only auto-schedules tasks when Auto-Schedule is enabled, and says it never alters calendar events. That separation is useful if you want work arranged around appointments without handing the app control of those appointments.

Its hybrid method pairs automatic placement with controls for scheduling hours, due dates, priorities and dependencies. You can also drag an auto-scheduled task to lock it in place. Calendar sync supports Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar; integrations also include Todoist, Claude, MCP, an API and Zapier. The API is available only on Pro.

Key features

Scheduling that adapts

Automatic rescheduling is the central benefit: tasks can shift as plans change, reducing the need to rebuild a day manually. Scheduling-hours profiles help keep work within chosen hours, while priorities, dependencies and due dates provide more control over what lands when. Locking a task in place is a useful counterbalance for appointments or work blocks that should not move. These controls make FlowSavvy a better fit for people managing a changing workload than for those who only need a static checklist.

Calendar and task connections

Sync with Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars and connect task workflows through Todoist, Claude, MCP, the API or Zapier. A public API gives Pro users an additional route to custom automations. The range is useful for people already working across these services, though API access is not included in Basic.

Security and support

FlowSavvy says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, uses strict access controls and regularly updates its systems. It says it collects only data needed to provide the service, does not sell personal information and does not use it to train AI models. Free users get help articles; Pro adds a 24/7 AI assistant plus email and chat support.

Pricing

FlowSavvy is freemium, with a free plan and a 7-day trial. The plan limits matter more than a simple price comparison: Basic is described without a published price, while Pro is 14.00 USD per month, billed monthly.

Basic: One scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week scheduling range. It may suit a light personal workload, but the caps could become restrictive once recurring work or multiple schedules are part of the routine.
Pro: Eight-week auto-scheduling, unlimited scheduling-hours profiles, repeating auto-scheduled tasks and task lists, plus priorities, task dependencies and API/MCP/Zapier. It suits people who need deeper scheduling controls or custom automation; the monthly term avoids an annual commitment.

The stated starting price is $10/user/mo (annual), distinct from Pro’s listed monthly billing price. Choose based on the plan and billing term that match your needs rather than assuming the annual starting rate includes every Pro feature.

Platforms

FlowSavvy runs on Android, iOS and the web. It is a Progressive Web App that can be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers, but it requires an internet connection and has no offline mode. The missing month and year views also make it less suitable for people who need to scan a long-range calendar at a glance.

Who it's for

FlowSavvy is aimed at busy individuals who want task scheduling to adjust as their plans change, without team or enterprise features. It is most compelling if you use a supported calendar, have recurring or shifting work, and want to set rules rather than schedule every task manually. It is a weaker choice for offline planning, broad calendar overviews or team workflows.

Pros and cons

Pros: Tasks can be rescheduled automatically as plans change, while scheduling controls and task locking preserve user input.
Pros: Google, Outlook and iCloud calendar sync, alongside task and automation integrations, give it several ways to fit an existing workflow.
Cons: No offline mode means planning depends on an internet connection.
Cons: No month or year views limit long-range calendar scanning.
Cons: Basic caps recurring tasks, task lists, scheduling profiles and scheduling range; API access and the fuller control set require Pro.

Verdict

Choose FlowSavvy if you are an individual with a changing task load and want a calendar scheduler that can adapt while letting you set boundaries and lock important tasks. Its strongest case is the combination of automatic rescheduling and practical controls. Look elsewhere if offline access, month or year views, or team and enterprise features are essential.
