Overview

RealBuilder Web is built around real-estate businesses rather than general-purpose publishing. Its direct TREB connection can automatically publish active listings, sold data and property updates, and the platform includes property search and lead capture. MLS access requires a licensed professional in good standing with their local board. Agents must also complete required TRREB data and display agreements before MLS data syncs and the site launches, so the setup is less suitable when speed or minimal administration matters most.

Key features

Property and client information

Clients can create alerts for listings that match their chosen area or criteria. Data-driven home evaluations estimate current property values, while neighbourhood insights cover local trends, amenities, school ratings and lifestyle information. Together, these tools give agents material for client-facing pages beyond a basic property feed; the evaluations are estimates, not formal valuations.

Custom sites and team tools

Users can adjust themes, colours, layouts, images and written content without coding, then connect an existing domain or use a RealBuilder Web subdomain. Team sites can put members’ individual profiles under a shared brand and centralize leads; brokerage deployments can be white-labelled. These options suit businesses that need a consistent identity across multiple agents, while an individual agent may not need the broader team and brokerage capabilities.

Tracking, security and support

Tracking supports Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tags and UTM parameters, useful for teams measuring campaign traffic and lead sources. Security measures include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication where applicable, logging and audit trails, and infrastructure monitoring. Support is available by contact form Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a usual reply time of one business day; that is a clear support window, but not a fit for urgent round-the-clock assistance.

Pricing

The Basic plan is free for 14 days, with payment due when the site launches. It includes limited feature access and one user license. That makes it a way for an individual to start setup before launch, but the short trial and feature limits make it less compelling for a team evaluating the full service.

Premium costs 468.00 CAD per year, billed annually at $468; the page also displays $0/month. It includes unlimited feature access, IDX and VOW, and 24/7 support. This is the relevant plan for users who need the fuller MLS feature set or round-the-clock support, but the annual payment is a larger commitment than the Basic launch trial. There is no free plan.

Platforms

RealBuilder Web runs on the web. Users can connect a custom domain or use a platform subdomain, and the platform supports property listings, search, IDX integration and lead capture.

Who it's for

RealBuilder Web is best suited to licensed agents and real-estate organizations that want a branded website combining property listings, client alerts and neighbourhood information. Teams can use shared-brand profiles and centralized leads, while brokerages can white-label deployments. A prospective user should confirm local MLS eligibility and allow time for the required TRREB agreements before expecting listings to sync and the site to launch. It is a weaker choice for someone who needs a free ongoing plan or a site outside the real-estate use case.

Pros and cons

Pros: Direct TREB listing updates, client alerts, property search and home evaluations bring several property-specific tools together.
Pros: Customization, domains, team profiles and white-label brokerage deployments support distinct brands at different organization sizes.
Pros: Premium includes IDX and VOW, unlimited feature access and 24/7 support.
Cons: MLS access depends on professional eligibility and completion of TRREB data and display agreements, adding a launch dependency.
Cons: Basic is limited to one user and limited features, and payment is due at launch after the 14-day free period.
Cons: Premium is an annual commitment at 468.00 CAD per year, with no free plan for continued use.

Alternatives

Real Estate Website Builders is a useful place to compare other tools in the category.

Choose Agentsite if a free web presence is the priority: its Free plan includes a contact form, lead capture and up to five posts, while AI is excluded. RealFoyer is worth considering if mobile apps matter, since it runs on Android, iOS and web; its Starter plan is 39.00 USD per month for 1,000 RF Credits per month. iHOUSEweb is another paid option with Android, iOS and web support; its Agent Pro plan is 149.98 USD per month, and some MLSs charge additional fees.

Placester may suit an agent who wants a low monthly charge for a launched site: its Active agent site plan is 5.00 USD per month for each active site, charged only for launched agent websites and prorated for time used. RealtySuite offers a free web plan with a hosted site, subdomain, builder and manual properties, without requiring a live MLS connection; its Pro (Canada) plan costs 54.00 CAD per month.

AgentFire is another web-based paid option, with a Team Link plan for 100+ users priced at 5.00 USD per month per user. Openfront Law Firm is an alternative with a free, self-hosted plan and full source-code access.

Verdict

Choose RealBuilder Web if you are a licensed agent, team or brokerage that wants MLS-connected property tools and a branded site, and can work through the TRREB launch requirements. Its combination of listings, alerts, neighbourhood information and team options is the clearest reason to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need an ongoing free plan, a faster route without MLS onboarding, or a mobile app.
