Overview

Golfers can book, record rounds, keep digital scorecards, enter competitions, follow leaderboards and connect with friends. Worldwide round recording and GPS maps extend the app beyond a home course. An Apple Watch companion adds distance information and hole-by-hole score entry, useful for players who want those tools on their wrist during a round.

For clubs, ReadyGolf combines competition and member management, CRM, tee-time booking, payments, invoicing and simulator booking. It provides federation data through eBirdie and scoped links to finance and back-office systems. Shareholder management, guest tee-time booking, a web shop and golf-cart booking are separate modules, so clubs should factor their required workflows into the configuration and cost.

Key features

Tools for golfers

The app brings booking, play and scoring, competitions and leaderboards into one free offer. Worldwide round tracking and GPS maps make it relevant to golfers who play at multiple courses, while the Apple Watch companion supports distance checks and score entry hole by hole. These player tools do not replace paid club-management workflows.

Club operations

The club platform covers tee-sheet and online tee-time booking alongside member records, CRM, competition administration, payments, invoicing and simulator bookings. That breadth can suit clubs seeking a connected set of operational tools. Clubs needing shareholder records, guest booking, web-shop sales or golf-cart booking should account for those as separate modules rather than assume they are included.

ReadyGolf says its software builds on Cdrs Finland Oy Ab's experience with secure, scalable software, cloud platforms, integrations and booking systems. The site also provides a golfer-support contact at ReadyGolf.

Pricing

The ReadyGolf golfer app is free, with booking, play and scoring, competitions and leaderboards. Clubs set prices for their own products and services. This is the clearest fit for golfers who want the app's player features without a club subscription.

Club plans have custom pricing beyond their stated starting amounts and carry a 12-month agreement, billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT, and transaction-based fees for payments and invoices are billed separately according to use.

Simulator booking — €49.00 per month: simulator availability and slots, player bookings from the app, and the ReadyGolf app for members and guests. It is the entry-level paid choice for clubs focused on simulator reservations, but does not include the broader management bundle.
Competition management — €99.00 per month: registrations and start lists, score entry and live leaderboards, ranking series, recurring competitions, and the app for members and guests. It fits clubs prioritising event administration; member management and CRM appear in the higher-tier system instead.
Golf club management system — from €199 per month: competition management, simulator booking, member management and CRM, with price scaling by club size, member count, number of holes and selected modules. Usage-based fees are additional. This is the broadest listed plan, but clubs should also budget for separately quoted onboarding, data migration and integrations.

Club agreements run for 12 months, with monthly charges across the term. Onboarding, migration and integrations are itemised and quoted separately in the proposal, making the monthly plan price only part of the club's cost.

Platforms

ReadyGolf supports Android, iOS and web. The Apple Watch companion adds a wearable option for distances and scoring.

Who it's for

The free app is aimed at golfers who want booking, scoring and competition features, including those playing courses around the world. The club platform is designed for golfers, caddiemasters, administrators and club leaders. Clubs with several operational needs may benefit from its combined modules; those needing only a specific workflow should compare that module's cost and the additional fees with their requirements.

Pros and cons

Pro: The free golfer app includes booking, scoring and competitions, with worldwide round recording and GPS maps for play at different courses.
Pro: Club plans bring booking, competitions and member workflows together, with eBirdie federation data and scoped finance and back-office links.
Con: Club plans require a 12-month agreement, even though fees are billed monthly.
Con: VAT, usage-based transaction fees, optional modules and separately quoted implementation work can raise the total cost beyond the monthly plan charge.

Verdict

ReadyGolf is a strong fit for golfers who want free booking and scoring tools, and for clubs seeking a modular platform spanning tee times, competitions and member management. Its breadth and free player app are the main reasons to choose it; the 12-month club commitment, transaction fees and separately quoted setup costs are reasons to look elsewhere if a club needs more predictable or shorter-term pricing.
