Overview

RepliFast drafts responses to Google reviews in a business’s voice and can post them to Google. Owners can approve drafts individually or automate replies according to star rating, choosing more oversight for sensitive feedback and less for routine reviews. The trade-off is a single review source: businesses that need to manage feedback across multiple platforms should look elsewhere.

Connecting a Google Business Profile requires authorization through a Google account. RepliFast says Google access depends on approval and API availability, and setup may take up to two weeks while Google reviews the authorization. That delay is worth allowing for before relying on the service to handle an active response backlog.

Key features

Voice and language controls

RepliFast can propose a response voice based on the business website, then lets users adjust tone, style, and custom instructions. That gives owners a useful starting point for consistent drafts while retaining control over how the business sounds. The service says replies are written in the reviewer’s language and advertises support for more than 50 languages, a useful fit for businesses serving customers in multiple languages.

Batch replies and insights

Users can import existing Google Business Profile reviews and draft responses in batches, which is more useful for clearing a backlog than a workflow limited to new reviews. Pro also includes weekly insights into recurring complaints, praise, and potential improvements.

Privacy and responsibility

RepliFast says Google access tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest, and that it neither asks for nor stores a Google password. Google review data is cached for up to 30 days; associated Google data is deleted within seven days after disconnection or subscription termination. Third-party AI services may draft responses, but users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing them. Support comes directly from founder Kevin Hofmann by email, rather than an outsourced ticket queue.

Pricing

The Free plan is free, billed Forever free. It allows five AI-generated replies per month at one business location, with custom brand voice presets and manual review sync. That is enough to try the workflow or handle a small volume, but the monthly reply cap rules it out for busier profiles.

Starter costs 12.00 USD per year, billed $12/mo and $144/year. It includes up to 200 AI replies per month and manual approval. Starter is the clear step up for a business that wants predictable review by a person and a larger monthly allowance, but the annual total is a meaningful commitment compared with the free plan.

Pro costs 29.00 USD per month, billed monthly. That makes it most compelling for businesses that value recurring feedback analysis; confirm the operating limits before choosing it. RepliFast offers a 14-day trial, giving prospective subscribers a short window to assess the workflow.

Platforms

RepliFast runs on the web and connects to Google Business Profile. Its single-platform setup suits businesses focused on Google reviews, not teams seeking a broader review-management console.

Who it's for

RepliFast is best for small businesses that want to respond to Google reviews in a consistent voice, clear older reviews in batches, and decide how much automation to allow. Starter fits owners who need up to 200 AI replies per month but want to approve each one. Businesses with very low volume can start free; those needing deeper weekly pattern insights may consider Pro. It is a weaker fit for businesses managing reviews across several sites or requiring quick setup without Google authorization delays.

Pros and cons

Flexible oversight: approve each response or set rules by star rating, rather than choosing between wholly manual work and blanket automation.
Useful backlog tools: batch drafting can speed up work on imported Google reviews, while adjustable voice settings support a more tailored response style.
Restrictive free allowance: five AI replies per month at one location is a modest test allocation, not a working plan for a busy profile.
Google-dependent setup: authorization and possible Google review can delay access by up to two weeks, and the product handles Google reviews rather than multiple review sources.

Alternatives

ReviewPanel is another web-based freemium option with a free plan and trial; consider it if you want to compare another solo-built product.
Podium Webchat offers a free plan and runs across mobile, desktop, web, and browser extension platforms; choose it if that wider platform coverage matters, with paid pricing by custom quote.
Broadly Reputation covers Google and Facebook reviews on web and mobile, making it a better match for those two sources; Standard is 79.00 USD per month and Pro is 89.00 USD per month.
Locivo has a free web plan combining AI replies with monitoring across 33+ sites, citation management, local rank tracking, and review-request email campaigns; choose it if that broader local-marketing mix is a priority.
ReviewSense is a paid web and API option with a free trial; its Starter plan is 11.25 USD per month billed annually for 50 AI responses per month and up to two locations total, so it may suit a buyer who needs more than one location but can work within that quota.
Localyser offers a paid web plan at 49.00 USD per month per location, with unlimited users and lower per-location pricing as location count increases; consider it for a multi-location team.
Review Kit costs 40.00 USD per month per location for one to three locations, with unlimited users and all features included; it suits a small team that prefers a bundled paid plan and does not need a free tier.
Yext Reviews sells review monitoring and response as separate packages; consider it if separate purchasing for those functions fits your needs.

Verdict

Choose RepliFast if your business mainly needs to keep Google reviews answered, wants control over which replies are automated, and can work within the chosen plan’s allowance. Its strongest reason to buy is the combination of tailored drafts, batch handling, and approval choices. Look elsewhere if you need multiple review sources, more generous free usage, or a setup process that does not depend on Google authorization and review.
