Overview

Pic-Time combines client-gallery delivery with print sales and business tools for professional photographers and videographers. It is strongest for studios that want gallery presentation and lab-connected fulfillment in one service; storage allowances, especially for video, make plan choice consequential.

Key features

Galleries, sales and fulfillment

Client galleries sit at the center of Pic-Time, with private access for invited people or those invited by the main client, using secure links and optional access codes. Sales automations are included even on Free, while design options expand from basic tools to custom branding and premium galleries on paid plans. That makes the free tier useful for trying the workflow, but not a like-for-like substitute for branded client delivery.

The print store accepts online payments, supports automatic fulfillment and album building, and connects to more than 30 global labs. For photographers selling prints, that pairing can keep gallery delivery and ordering together. The trade-off is that premium print-store features are reserved for Professional and Advanced.

Mobile and web tools

The mobile app supports gallery creation, photo and video uploads, AI search and branded sharing from a phone. All plans include the app, a portfolio page and 24/7 support. Website tools include StyleCloud for importing gallery images into WordPress and embeddable Pic-Time Blogs with slideshows, videos and GIFs.

Integrations include Iris Works, Light Blue, Studio Ninja, Octoa, HoneyBook, VSCO Workspace, Lightroom, Zapier, Imagen and Wedding Workflows. The uploader accepts photos up to 100MB and 12000x10000 pixels; regular video clips can be up to 3 minutes and 3GB, while featured videos can reach 90 minutes and 20GB. Those separate limits matter for videographers deciding whether their delivery style fits the service.

Privacy and data

Pic-Time says it stores data on Microsoft Azure servers in the EU, US and Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit. Its privacy policy references GDPR, CCPA and Israeli privacy law and names Pic-Time Ltd. as data controller. Account support is available through in-account LiveChat or support@pic-time.com.

Pricing

Pic-Time has a free plan, paid plans from $7.00 USD per month billed annually, and a 30-day trial. Beginner is also offered for $8 monthly. The annual price is the lower entry point, but the stated monthly option gives buyers a way to avoid committing to annual billing.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: 10GB photo storage, reduced to 3GB after 6 months, and 1GB video storage, with client galleries, print store, basic design tools and sales automations. It suits a small portfolio or initial trial, but the delayed photo-storage reduction and small video allowance make it a poor home for a growing archive.
Beginner — 7.00 USD per month billed annually or $8 monthly: 20GB photo and 5GB video storage, client galleries, print store, custom branding and chat support. This is the entry paid tier for photographers who need branded galleries; its limited storage can become restrictive as client work accumulates.
Professional — 21.00 USD per month billed annually or $25 Monthly: 100GB photo and 30GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, vendor network and smart image search. It suits studios needing richer presentation and more room, though the fixed storage ceiling still requires management.
Advanced — 42.00 USD per month billed annually or $50 Monthly: unlimited storage, 60GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, smart search for clients and multi-brand support. Additional brands cost $6/Mo each. It fits established businesses with a large photo library or multiple brands, but video remains capped and each extra brand adds cost.

The key step-up is not just storage: premium presentation, slideshows and blogs begin at Professional, while unlimited photo storage and multi-brand capability require Advanced. Compare the photo and video quotas with the size of the library you expect to retain.

Platforms

Pic-Time supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web, with a mobile app included on every plan.

Who it's for

Pic-Time is a practical fit for professional photographers who deliver private client galleries and want print ordering, fulfillment and branding in the same service. Videographers can use it too, but should pay particular attention to the 1GB to 60GB plan video quotas and the uploader's clip limits. It is less compelling for anyone seeking a large video archive on a low-cost tier or only basic photo sharing without sales and business tools.

Pros and cons

Pros: One service links galleries, online print payments, album building and fulfillment through more than 30 labs, reducing the need to separate delivery from print sales.
Pros: Private access controls and branded sharing support client-facing delivery, while the mobile app handles gallery creation and uploads away from a desktop.
Cons: Free photo storage falls from 10GB to 3GB after six months, and its 1GB video cap is especially limiting for ongoing client work.
Cons: Better presentation tools begin at Professional, and Advanced still limits video to 60GB despite unlimited photo storage.

Alternatives

For other options, browse Photo Sharing Software or Photo Proofing Software.

Piwigo is a freemium alternative with a self-hosted plan described as including all features, themes and plugins.

SlickPic offers a Pro plan with 200GB storage and unlimited albums and collections, for readers prioritizing storage and collection organization.
SmugMug is a paid alternative with a Direct plan that includes unlimited storage, privacy controls, digital delivery and Lightroom integration.

Verdict

Choose Pic-Time if you are a working photographer who wants client galleries to lead directly into branded print sales and fulfillment, with mobile tools and business integrations alongside. Look elsewhere if you need generous video storage on an entry plan, or if your priority is simply inexpensive, high-capacity photo storage rather than a combined gallery-and-sales platform.
