Overview

PosterMyWall is built for promotional work, from creating graphics and marketing copy to publishing social posts, sending email campaigns, and promoting events. Its library contains more than 1 million design and email templates, with illustration tools and a brand kit for custom work and consistent branding. That mix is useful when one team needs to create and distribute campaign materials without assembling separate tools for every step.

The product is made by PosterMyWall, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Carlsbad, California. Its stated customer base spans restaurants, retailers, bars, churches, performers, schools, nonprofits, clubs, municipalities, venues, and agencies—a broad range of organizations with regular promotional needs.

Key features

Design and AI assistance

PosterMyWall AI can create designs from prompts, brainstorm marketing ideas, edit images with prompts, generate design variations, and write marketing text. This covers several stages of campaign preparation, making the service more useful than a template library alone for a small team that needs help moving from an idea to ready-to-publish material. The Free plan's limited downloads, however, restrict its usefulness for sustained production.

Social publishing and email

Direct publishing supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. The plan caps matter: Free covers one social account, Premium three, and Premium Plus removes the account limit. Free can suit a single-channel presence, but a multi-channel operation will need a paid plan.

Email tools include templates, mailing-list campaigns, signup forms, scheduling, and performance tracking. Premium allows 3,000 monthly sends, while Premium Plus allows 10,000. Those quotas provide a clear starting point for comparing plans, but organizations with larger mailing lists or frequent campaigns should weigh them against expected monthly volume.

Event promotion

Event pages, registrations, automated reminder emails, and one-click promotion connect event marketing to the rest of the workflow. Ticket sales are available on paid plans. Premium allows 10 event pages per month and up to 1,000 ticket sales or $50,000 in monthly sales; Premium Plus offers unlimited event pages and ticket sales and revenue per month. Premium is a reasonable fit for a modest event schedule, while frequent organizers or those with higher ticket volume may need Premium Plus.

Pricing

PosterMyWall uses a freemium model. The free plan is 0.00 USD per free and includes free downloads, access to 1M+ design and email templates, publishing to one social media account, a Content Planner, and signup forms. It is a useful way to start with a single channel, but limited downloads and the single-account cap make it a constrained choice for ongoing, multi-channel marketing.

Premium costs 13.00 USD per month (billed Monthly (1 month)). It includes unlimited high-quality downloads, 10 event pages per month, three social accounts, 3,000 monthly email sends, and 100 new credits per month. This is the more practical paid tier for a small operation that needs several channels and a moderate event and email allowance.

Premium Plus costs 30.00 USD per month (billed Monthly (1 month)). It raises the monthly email quota to 10,000, provides unlimited social accounts and event pages, and includes unlimited ticket sales and revenue per month, alongside unlimited high-quality downloads and 250 new credits per month. The higher price is justified chiefly for teams that would otherwise outgrow Premium's account, email, or event caps; users who do not need that capacity may find Premium sufficient.

A 14 day Premium subscription trial begins after a user selects a plan and duration and adds billing details. Support requests can be submitted with an issue summary and description, and support staff say they will respond as soon as possible.

Platforms

PosterMyWall runs on the web and has mobile apps for Android and iOS. That gives users a choice of browser-based work or a mobile app, with no need to choose a platform-specific subscription based on the stated platform options.

Who it's for

PosterMyWall is a strong fit for small businesses and community organizations that need to create promotional assets and coordinate social, email, and event marketing in one place. Restaurants, retailers, venues, performers, schools, and nonprofits are among its stated audiences. It is less suitable for a team whose needs exceed the paid plans' monthly email allowances or who wants event ticketing without a paid plan.

Pros and cons

Pros: More than 1 million design and email templates, AI-assisted creation and editing, and a brand kit put multiple campaign-preparation tools together.
Pros: Social publishing, email campaigns, and event promotion can be managed as parts of the same marketing workflow.
Pros: Premium Plus removes the stated caps on social accounts and event pages, and provides unlimited ticket sales and revenue per month.
Cons: Free limits downloads and social publishing to one account, so it is a poor fit for regular multi-channel production.
Cons: Premium has defined quotas—three social accounts, 3,000 monthly email sends, and 10 event pages per month—that may constrain larger campaigns.
Cons: Ticket sales require a paid plan, and Premium caps them at 1,000 sales or $50,000 in monthly sales.

Alternatives

If your priority is a different kind of design or advertising workflow, compare options in Banner Design Software, AI Graphic Design Software, Poster Maker Software, Print Design Template Libraries, Social Media Template Libraries, and Social Media Post Maker Software.

Bannersnack may suit someone seeking a banner-focused tool with a free tier limited to 10 lifetime designs and static export, or a Starter plan at 12.00 USD per month. BannerBoo is another banner-focused option, with a free tier capped at four banners and a Start plan at 15.00 USD per month. Visme may be worth comparing for presentation work: its Basic plan includes 500MB storage and 50 slides or pages per project, while Starter is 12.25 USD per month billed annually ($147/year). DigiLakshya Ad Studio has a free tier for limited sample transfers and hosted links, while its Team plan costs 20180.00 USD per month. BannerNow offers a free tier with 10 animated or static ads and 400 AI credits, and its Professional plan is 34.00 USD per month billed annually. Google Web Designer is free to download and use for business on Linux, macOS, and Windows. TweenUI offers a free plan for personal, non-business use and a Professional plan at 29.00 USD per month. Bannerwise is an alternative for hosting HTML5 creatives, with hosting at 15.00 EUR per month.

Verdict

Choose PosterMyWall if your small business or organization wants design, social, email, and event promotion in one marketing service, and its plan quotas match your workload. The strongest reason to look elsewhere is a need for higher email or event volume than the paid tiers' limits support, or for a narrower tool focused on a specific design workflow.
