Overview

TrulyInbox combines generated warmup emails with tools for tracking deliverability and checking email-account health. A shared warmup network, custom schedules, spam monitoring, and support for multiple mailboxes make it a more rounded choice than a service focused only on warmup volume. The tradeoff is that the daily allowance differs substantially by tier, while the lower paid tier is positioned for a small inbox group.

Key features

Warmup and deliverability

Warmup messages can be tailored to more than 50 industries and 12 languages, with AI Adaptive, Progressive, Random, and Flat strategies. That range gives teams room to vary their warmup approach; the daily email allowance remains the more consequential constraint when planning across inboxes. Deliverability tracking includes a 90-day history, ESP-level breakdowns, a 0–100 score, and an outreach-readiness status, making it possible to follow more than activity volume alone.

Account health and connections

Checks cover SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX status, as well as domain and IP blacklists. Setup scores and guidance for failed checks help teams identify configuration or reputation problems that warmup cannot itself resolve. Accounts can connect through Google or Microsoft OAuth, or via SMTP/IMAP; support for 18+ email providers broadens the fit for teams with mixed mail systems.

Integrations, API, and data handling

REST API and webhook integrations support custom workflows and sales-tool connections. The Open API covers account management, warmup controls, deliverability checks, and activity reports, with a limit of 20 requests per minute per API key; high-frequency automation must fit within that ceiling. The privacy policy says regular business or personal email content and metadata are not read, stored, analyzed, or collected outside warmup. It also describes TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, and hosting on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure.

Pricing

The free plan costs $0.00 USD and is free forever. It allows one account, 10 warmup emails per day, and basic deliverability tracking, making it a limited way to begin rather than a substantial multi-inbox setup. Paid plans have a 7-day trial without a required credit card, and the pricing page offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Plan	Price and billing	Allowance and fit
Free	Free forever	1 account and 10 warmup emails/day; basic deliverability tracking
Starter	$22.00 USD per year; billed annually at $264/year, or $29/mo if paid monthly	200 warmup emails/day; unlimited accounts; best suited for 3 inboxes
Growth	$84.00 USD per year; billed annually at $1,008/year, or $99/mo if paid monthly	1,000 warmup emails/day; unlimited accounts; best suited for 15 inboxes
Scale	$169.00 USD per year; billed annually at $2,028/year, or $199/mo if paid monthly	3,000 warmup emails/day; unlimited accounts; best suited for 50 inboxes
Scale Plus	$407.00 USD per year; billed annually at $4,884/year, or $479/mo if paid monthly	5,000 warmup emails/day shown, 65% reply rate shown; best suited for 100 inboxes

Starter is aimed at a small operation and its 200-email daily allowance may be restrictive if spread across several active inboxes. Growth and Scale raise that ceiling considerably while retaining unlimited accounts, so they are the more practical steps for larger inbox groups. Scale Plus targets the largest stated setup, but the displayed 65% reply rate should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome. Annual billing lowers the stated monthly equivalent compared with monthly payment, but requires a larger yearly commitment. Starter includes a 48-hour response tier; paid higher tiers offer 24-hour email/chat support. Free has self-service support.

Platforms

TrulyInbox runs on web and offers an API. Its connections through OAuth or SMTP/IMAP support accounts across the email providers it serves, while custom API and webhook integrations suit teams connecting warmup and health checks to other workflows.

Who it's for

Sales teams, recruiters, marketers, agencies, and businesses running cold outreach or campaigns are the natural audience. Teams managing several inboxes can use the health checks and deliverability history alongside warmup, while a solo user who needs only a small daily allowance may be adequately served by Free. Teams requiring a substantially larger warmup volume should compare their expected daily activity with the paid-tier caps before committing.

Pros and cons

Pro: Four warmup strategies and industry- and topic-specific messages offer more control than a single fixed warmup pattern.
Pro: Deliverability history, ESP breakdowns, authentication checks, and blacklist monitoring bring several operational signals together.
Pro: OAuth plus SMTP/IMAP connections and 18+ supported providers accommodate varied email setups.
Con: Free is limited to one account and 10 warmup emails per day, too little for a multi-inbox program.
Con: Starter's 200-email daily cap is modest for its suggested three inboxes, and higher quotas require a sizable increase in annual spend.
Con: The API's 20-requests-per-minute limit may constrain integrations that need frequent polling or updates.

Alternatives

Browse Email Warmup Software for more options. Consider Warmerly if Android access or campaign and lead tools matter alongside its free plan. Folderly is an alternative with a free plan and API/web access. SendScale Email Warmup offers a free tier with pre-warmed inboxes and campaign access. Swokei Email Warmup has a free, no-card starting option, but that tier has no mailboxes or warmup. InboxWarm.ai is worth comparing for its monthly mailbox-banded plans and stated per-inbox warmup allowance. darkzwarmer is a free alternative with Linux, macOS, Windows, and self-hosted platform options. InboxPlan is another paid, web-based option with a free trial. MailStrike may suit readers seeking a paid plan with a stated mailbox cap, placement tests, and monthly warming-email allowance.

Verdict

TrulyInbox is a strong fit for outreach teams that want warmup controls and ongoing visibility into deliverability and account health in one service. Its strategy range, provider connections, and monitoring make the case; the reason to look elsewhere is equally concrete: free and Starter have limited daily capacity, and scaling means accepting a higher annual commitment. Choose it when those checks matter as much as warmup volume, and match the plan to inbox count and daily allowance before buying.
