To add AI music to a photo, generate a short soundtrack, save the audio, then place it under the photo in a video editor and export the result as a video. A photo by itself has no playback duration, so decide how long it should stay on screen before generating music. Suno, Eleven Music, Soundverse AI Beat Maker, DeepAI Music, and Loudly can generate music suited to a soundtrack; their listed features do not establish that they can combine a photo and music into a finished video.

Plan The Photo’s Sound
Pick the mood and pacing before you generate. Music for a still image usually works best when it supports the image without demanding attention: a gentle instrumental can suit a quiet landscape, while a brighter rhythmic bed may suit a celebratory photo. These are creative directions for your prompt, not guaranteed genres or presets in any particular tool.

- Set a duration: Decide how many seconds the photo will remain on screen. Ask for a piece that can end naturally in that time, or plan to shorten it in your editor.
- Choose instrumental or vocal: Instrumental music keeps attention on the image. If you want lyrics or singing, say so; the generators above list vocal generation, but no specific voice or lyric outcome is guaranteed.
- Describe the image in sound terms: Translate its mood into pace, energy, and instrumentation rather than expecting the tool to inspect the photo. Image upload or image-aware generation is not established for these tools.
Generate And Add The Music
- Open a generator: Choose one from the table and check its current interface, plan limits, and export options on the vendor’s site.
- Write a focused prompt: For example: “Instrumental background music for a 15-second video of a misty mountain sunrise; calm, spacious, slow pulse, soft piano and warm sustained tones; no vocals; gentle ending.” Change the scene, mood, instruments, and duration to fit your photo. This is prompt text, not a claim that the service offers those exact genre controls.
- Generate and listen: Choose a version whose opening, mood, and ending fit the still image. If it is too busy, too dramatic, or too long, revise the prompt or use the editor’s audio trimming controls if available.
- Save the audio: Export or download a format the editor accepts. Eleven Music lists MP3 and WAV exports, and Soundverse lists WAV mixes; check each vendor’s current export options for the tool you use.
- Place the photo and track in an editor: Use a video editor available on your device that can put a still image on a timeline and add an audio track. Set the image duration, position the music, and trim or fade it if the editor supports those controls. The listed music tools do not establish a bundled photo editor or a specific editor recommendation.
- Preview and export: Watch the whole clip with sound. Check that the music starts when intended and ends cleanly, then export a video format suitable for where you plan to share it. Export formats and sharing destinations depend on your editor.
