Reading
Specifiction shows figures read from makers’ own pages, with the date each was read. They can change after that date: check the maker’s page before you buy. Specifiction is not responsible for a maker’s product, prices or terms.
Claiming a page
Claiming an existing page and correcting its facts is free. A claim is approved when the maker proves it owns the product (an address at the product’s own domain, or a check by the desk).
Buying a listing or a place
- Prices are shown before tax; tax is added where it applies.
- Monthly and yearly plans paid by card renew automatically until you cancel. Paid by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or another way, an order pays for one term: it stays live for that term and ends with it, unless a new order is placed before then. We do not invoice renewals for these.
- A purchase paid once stays live while Specifiction and the product exist.
- A listing goes live within two business days of payment, or the payment is refunded in full.
- Cancel any time from the maker desk or by writing to the desk; a cancelled plan stays live to the end of the paid period.
- A bought place sits where it was bought; the facts about the product stay the maker’s own published figures.
