Come up with a song idea by turning one small, specific observation into a playable hook: write down what happened, what it made you feel, and the image or phrase that captures it, then test that phrase against a rhythm or chord loop. For example, “I miss my old home” is a topic. “The hallway still knows my footsteps” gives a place, an image, and a phrase that could carry a melody.
