Overview

Bizarc is a contact-management app for turning business cards and other contact details into organized records and follow-up outreach. It is best suited to people who collect contacts at meetings or events and want to keep capture, sorting, and messaging together. Its unlimited-contact free plan is generous on storage, but AI message quotas set the practical ceiling for frequent outreach.

Contacts can come from card scans, QR codes, vCards, CSV imports, batch scanning, or manual entry. Folders, favorites, tags, and field-based search help make a growing list usable, while CSV and vCard export provide ways to take contacts elsewhere. The app also offers personalized follow-up generation and campaign-status tracking, making it more outreach-oriented than a scanner alone.

Bizarc is a Progressive Web App that runs in modern browsers without app-store installation. The service says data is encrypted, is not sold to third parties, and can be exported or deleted at any time.

Key features

Capture and organize contacts

Bizarc describes its AI-powered OCR as 95%+ accurate across 16+ languages. Those capabilities should suit multilingual event networking, though the accuracy figure is a service claim rather than a guarantee for every card. Batch scans can speed up processing a stack; QR codes, vCards, CSV import, and manual entry make it useful even when details do not arrive on a printed card.

Folders, favorites, and tags offer practical ways to separate contacts, and search spans contact fields. CSV and vCard exports help users move records into spreadsheet or address-book workflows rather than locking them into one format.

AI messaging and campaigns

Bizarc generates personalized email, WhatsApp, and SMS follow-ups in professional, casual, friendly, or formal tones. AI Soul lets users define their communication identity, including writing style, tone preferences, and boundaries; that added control is valuable for maintaining a consistent voice, but users still need to review generated messages before sending.

Campaigns can create personalized messages for multiple contacts and track campaign status. SMTP integration supports sending generated emails directly, while WhatsApp and SMS use quick links. This is useful for organizing follow-up, but the listed messaging allowance makes it better suited to moderate volumes than sustained high-volume campaigns.

Pricing

Free Forever Plan: 0.00 USD per free. It includes unlimited contacts, 40 AI messages per day, 1,200 AI messages per month, unlimited campaigns, CSV and vCard export, and SMTP email integration. There is no paid plan described, so the free tier is the relevant choice for individuals and small teams willing to work within its message caps. Unlimited contacts and campaigns do not mean unlimited AI outreach: both daily and monthly message limits apply.

Platforms

Bizarc is available on web, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux through modern browsers as a Progressive Web App. Browser access avoids app-store installation, and the range covers desktop and mobile users. The service also offers CSV and vCard export for contacts used in other tools.

Who it's for

Sales professionals, marketing managers, startup founders, real estate agents, recruiters, and event attendees are all named as intended users. The strongest fit is someone who routinely collects business cards and needs a lightweight way to organize prospects and prepare follow-ups. Users who need high-volume messaging or a dedicated team workflow may find the stated free-plan quotas restrictive.

Pros and cons

Broad capture options: Batch card scanning, QR codes, vCards, CSV imports, and manual entry cover several common ways contacts arrive.
Useful free contact capacity: Unlimited contacts, campaigns, and both export formats make the free plan workable for building and maintaining a substantial list.
Personalized outreach controls: Multiple channels, tone choices, and AI Soul give users more control over follow-up style than a basic scanner.
Message quotas constrain scale: The 40-per-day and 1,200-per-month AI message caps limit how much outreach the free plan can support.
Browser-based access: A PWA runs across desktop and mobile platforms without app-store installation, though it depends on a modern browser.

Alternatives

NexaLink is worth considering for users prioritizing a mobile-and-web scanner with CRM sync; its free plan includes one scan, 99% OCR accuracy, CSV export, and seven-day analytics, while Pro is 1.99 USD per month billed monthly.

Kauntech may suit users who value offline-first operation and QR scanning: its free plan allows 49 scans/month, 100 K-Tokens/month, one VCard, and CSV export, with WhatsApp support.

ScanBizCards is an option for users seeking a scanner with limited human transcription in its free lifetime plan, which includes two one-time transcriptions and limited address-book additions.

snapADDY BusinessCards may fit an individual whose priority is a defined daily scan allowance and personal digital business card; its free plan covers up to 20 business cards per day.

ContactsPlus is a better match for someone seeking synced contact management: its free plan supports one synced account, 1,000 contacts, and daily sync across web, iOS, and Android.

CamCard is another freemium business-card scanning option, with 20 cards in its free membership.

BizConnect may suit users who need a higher stated free scan allowance: it offers up to 50 cards per day and export, with a 9.99 USD per month plan billed monthly for unlimited scans and one licence.

BusinessCardScanner.app is an alternative for users looking for a monthly scan allowance; its free plan covers up to 25 card scans per month and includes AI contact extraction, CSV export, duplicate detection, and vCard saving.

Verdict

Bizarc is a strong fit for people who want card capture, contact organization, and personalized follow-up in one free browser-based app. Its combination of unlimited contacts, campaign tools, exports, and AI tone controls makes it especially useful for event-driven networking and moderate outreach. Look elsewhere if your priority is a higher scan allowance, offline-first use, or messaging beyond the 40-per-day and 1,200-per-month caps.
