What it is
OSNEXUS QuantaStor manages file, block and object storage in a software-defined platform. Built on Ceph and OpenZFS, it can scale up or out while managing storage across one grid. Administrators can configure it through a web interface designed for IT generalists, or manage and automate Storage Grid servers with CLI tools and REST APIs. QuantaStor is available as ISO installation media for bare metal or virtual machines, and as a VMware OVA appliance. Its Cloud Integration SDK supports automated provisioning, storage-cloud management and auditing through RESTful APIs. OSNEXUS describes data protection in transit and at rest.
