Spec score 7.2 #16 of 24 in Game Damage Meters

What it is

STOOP is a free Windows combat-log analyzer for Throne & Liberty, combining party DPS scoring with a solo build-testing lab. After each boss kill, it creates a shared board showing participating members’ damage, contribution, DPS, hits, and crit and heavy rates. Players can inspect per-skill results and rotation timelines, compare two members side by side, and view deltas for damage, hits, crit and heavy values. A transparent click-through overlay works in game, and party trophies such as most damage and hardest hit are awarded automatically. The solo lab includes skill tables, rotation charts and build comparisons. Every party member must run STOOP, enable Combat Logging and join through the same party code or invite link; only running members appear. The app reads combat-log text files rather than game memory or process data. Computation is local, with only shared scoreboard data leaving the device. Windows 10/11 is supported; Mac and Linux are not.
