12twenty Career Cloud is a web and API platform for university career centers serving students. Its Career Services Hub curates jobs from more than 350,000 employers and can present opportunities according to student preferences and activity. Staff can schedule interviews with auto-assignment, lotteries, rotations, or interview swaps. Career-fair tools support in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, including employer registration forms, payment collection, and scheduling. Events can use customizable registration and QR-code check-in for in-person attendance. Advisors can synchronize appointments with Google or Microsoft calendars and add notes to student profiles. The Outcome Data Analytics Hub provides one-click reports for NACE, MBA CSEA, ABA, and NALP. 12twenty says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and the service is SOC 2 Type II certified. Hosting uses Microsoft Azure and AWS, with regional storage in the US, Canada, or Europe based on customer location. Pricing is available on request.
