BRS Golf’s BRS Core brings tee-time booking, payments, point of sale and membership controls into one operations platform for golf clubs. Its cloud-based tee sheet works from any device and includes more than 50 management reports and over 400 system configurations. Members can book casual and competition times through a responsive website or companion iPhone and Android app. A selected time is held for three minutes, and members can join waiting lists for busy competitions. Point-of-sale tools support member and visitor pricing, member wallet payments, and food-and-beverage orders sent from an iPad app to the bar or kitchen. BRS Payments handles online bills and green fees, phone card payments through a virtual terminal, emailed payment links and refunds, with seven-day bank payouts. The competition system integrates with the World Handicap System and syncs with booking channels. Integrations include GolfNow, Golf Genius, HandicapMaster and Club Systems.
