Staff can use native iOS and Android apps; parents can access information through a secure web link without an app. Communication tools include instant updates, photos, daily diaries, progress reports and two-way messaging. The platform also supports digital observations, learning journeys and development reports. Billing covers invoices, fees, online payments, payment portals and automated funding calculations. AI attendance tracking provides smart check-ins that learn nursery patterns. Nurseries can manage unlimited rooms, groups and sites under one account, with permissions that limit what site managers see. Data is stored on UK-based servers and encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3. BloomKidz states it is GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified and ICO registered. Paid monthly plans start at £24.99 per month for 1–30 children, and the 30-day trial can be cancelled without fees or lock-in. All features are free through 31 December 2026 under the listed offer.
