1tap receipts is an automatic data-extraction and bookkeeping service for claiming expenses. Users capture receipts with a phone camera or forward them from email, and the product extracts supplier, date, amount, and category information with human verification. Receipts can be sorted by tax year or upload date, viewed and edited, annotated, and divided between business and personal spending. Records and their data can be exported as PDF or CSV files for Self Assessment or an audit. The service runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and integrates with the Receipt Bank Practice Platform. A free plan is available. Prime Lite costs $2.99 a month and includes 100 auto-scans per year with 20GB storage. Prime Pro costs $4.99 a month with 10,000 scans per month and 50GB storage. Prime Max costs $119.99 a year with 10,000 monthly scans and unlimited storage. The privacy policy says data is stored on AWS servers in the EEA, while some extraction staff outside the EEA may access uploaded content.
