247PRO is a web-based platform for contractor project management and construction estimating. Its estimator uses templates and guided questions to produce cost estimates and proposals; the library includes more than 20 construction and remodeling templates with material and labor information. Clients can review emailed proposals and sign them online. The CRM tracks leads, job opportunities, vendors, clients, and contacts, with pipeline tracking and team collaboration. Invoice tools include payment tracking, past-due reminders, digital signing, PDF downloads, and conversion from estimates. Invoices and payments can sync one way to QuickBooks, with invoices associated with project names. The platform also supports two-way SMS and MMS in a shared business inbox and lists Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar integrations. The free Starter plan allows one user, two proposals and two invoices per month, and 10M storage. Paid plans start at $34.30/mo (annual); a 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
