Bidders can register and bid from a phone, tablet, or computer without installing an app. Automatic text or email alerts can report outbids and wins; proxy bidding lets bidders set a ceiling for automatic bids. Soft close extends an item's end time when a bid arrives near closing. When the auction ends, the platform identifies winners and supports online checkout. Organizers can connect their own Stripe or PayPal account to collect payments and issue invoices automatically. CSV reports cover results, winners, payments, and fair-market values. The service also creates printable display and bid sheets with QR codes that lead to online bidding. Plans include all fundraising tools, unlimited campaigns, and unlimited teammates. A donor system organizes donations, interactions, and insights; checkout supports cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers online or at events. BetterWorld lists more than 5,000 integrations, including native connections to Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HubSpot, Salesforce, DonorPerfect, and Blackbaud, plus Zapier integrations such as Mailchimp and Google Sheets. The platform states that it is PCI-compliant, uses bank-level encryption, and does not sell donor data. A free plan is available.
