In their own words
32auctions
32auctions is web-based software for running online silent auctions as fundraisers. Bidders can register and bid from a phone, tablet, or computer without installing an app. Automatic text or email alerts can report outbids and wins; proxy bidding lets bidders set a ceiling for automatic bids. Soft close extends an item's end time when a bid arrives near closing. When the auction ends, the platform identifies winners and supports online checkout. Organizers can connect their own Stripe or PayPal account to collect payments and issue invoices automatically. CSV reports cover results, winners, payments, and fair-market values. The service also creates printable display and bid sheets with QR codes that lead to online bidding. Its Free plan costs nothing, billed at $0 per auction, and allows up to 20 items, one image per item, and unlimited bidders. The paid plans cost 170.00 USD, 240.00 USD, and $360, paid once, with higher item limits and additional features.
Event.Gives
Event.Gives is web software for ticketing, attendee management, donations, and fundraising events. Organizers can run live and silent auctions, virtual or hybrid events, golf tournaments, and peer-to-peer fundraising, as well as use embedded donation forms. Its tools include online ticketing, auction management, live streaming, mobile bidding, raffles, text-to-donate, real-time reporting, mobile checkout, instant payout, and recurring donations. An AI item-description generator creates auction copy aligned with DISC personality profiles. Checkout accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit cards, and ticket and donation funds transfer through the organization’s Stripe account. Event.Gives says it does not collect or store card details. Integrations include Double the Donation, Raiser's Edge NXT, Stripe, Zoom, and Twilio. The service lists a free plan, Basic at $99 a month, Professional at $2,495 a year, and Enterprise at $3,495 a year. Its calculator lists 3.5% plus $0.30 per credit card transaction and a 4.5% platform fee; attendees may cover fees.
