In their own words
3DTextures.me
3DTextures.me is a web library of free seamless PBR and stylized textures for digital art projects. Texture posts can include Diffuse, Normal, Metallic, Displacement, Roughness, and Ambient Occlusion maps, with downloads in PNG and SBS/SBSAR formats. The site says the textures work with Unity, Unreal, Godot, Blender, Maya, and 3DSMax. They are licensed CC0, allowing commercial use without attribution; redistribution is allowed, but users may not claim authorship. The Free textures plan costs nothing and requires one-by-one downloads. Supporters can receive a link for downloading all textures, while support of 3 or more coffees includes a 4K textures folder and other textures. A supporter-only interactive library provides previews and filters by name and date added. The site also offers Align Tools for Blender, and its FAQ directs questions to a contact form.
ManyTextures
ManyTextures is a web database of royalty-free textures for architecture, videogames, and design. Its latest textures are listed at 4096 × 4096 pixels, and files are available in JPG, PNG, and PSD. The site describes its textures as seamless, tileable, and Power of Two size. A Seamless Converter can make an uploaded texture seamless; the Heightmap Generator derives height from pixel brightness, and the Normalmap Generator creates a normal map from an upload. For that tool, ManyTextures recommends a good heightmap as input for better results.
Users can submit textures for possible inclusion. Accepted submissions are made seamless, converted to Power of Two size, and added to the database. The free plan is free and covers textures to download in JPG, PNG, and PSD; commercial use is within the listed license scope. There is no free trial. Visitors can sign up for new-texture notifications, contact the maker, or donate. The privacy policy describes information collection from contact messages and account registration, plus site usage and technical data; the site also uses analytics and other cookies.
