Boxpilote
Boxpilote is online software for managing self-storage businesses, including storage spaces, contracts, invoices, payments, and reservations. Customers can reserve online while a facility is closed, and operators can track unpaid invoices, visualize spaces, and review real-time KPIs. Payplug can create payment links sent by SMS or email, while GoCardless supports automatic direct debit. Listed integrations include Mistral AI, YouTrust, Sensorberg, BearBox, Visor, Google Calendar, Pennylane, Ringover, Brevo, and Partoo. An API key can connect the software to an online shop for sales management or to a showcase website for prospect management. Factur-X and e-reporting are integrated for 14 European countries. Boxpilote says its software is designed and hosted in Europe and customer data is stored on a server respecting EU GDPR requirements; it also displays an ISO 27001 badge for its database and server. The platform is available online on PC, Mac, Android, and iOS. Pricing is available on request; one subscription includes all features and can be paid monthly or annually. Each storage site requires its own subscription, and sites with more than 1,000 spaces may have a quoted surcharge.
