Maxmove Digital POD
Maxmove Digital POD records delivery proof electronically and attaches evidence to orders, including photos, recipient signatures, and GPS timestamps. Other supported proof formats include PDF delivery notes, age verification, barcode scans, and blockchain verification. Drivers can submit evidence through QR-code or SMS links from a device without downloading an app or creating an account. The native Maxmove driver app can capture proof automatically when a company fleet completes a delivery, and subcontractors can use the same app and process. Webhooks, a REST API, and SFTP export send structured proof to TMS, ERP, or customer portals. Uploads are timestamped, geofenced, and cryptographically hashed; retention policies are configurable. Completed orders can be billed as soon as proof is available after delivery. Digital POD is included in Maxmove TMS's free entry tier, with a 30-day evaluation of the complete fleet platform offered without a card. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with API access.
