aama.io
aama.io brings fund administration, accounting and a white-labeled investor or LP portal into one platform. It automates capital calls, distributions, investor onboarding, NAV calculations, accounting and reporting. Its accounting engine includes a double-entry general ledger, automated NAV, waterfalls and more than 12 audit-ready reports. It supports VCC sub-funds, SPVs, syndicates, private equity, venture, hedge and multi-asset funds, with IFRS 9 and SFRS(I) 9 accounting, including amortised cost, fair value and expected-credit-loss staging. APIs connect to banking systems, custodians, CRM tools and accounting software; data can be imported and exported in multiple formats. Listed safeguards include encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, security audits and continuous monitoring. Its tools support MAS, PDPA and SFA requirements, but managers remain responsible for licensing and regulatory compliance. Family office subscriptions start at 625 USD per month; other plans have different scopes and fees. Plans include a one-time setup fee, and subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually.
Entrilia
Entrilia is a paid, cloud-native, API-first platform for private capital and alternative assets, available through web and APIs. Pricing is on request, and the public site invites visitors to book a personalized demo. Its suite includes fund accounting, investor insights, reporting and data, fundraising data rooms, an investor portal, portfolio monitoring, an admin portal and integrations. Fund accounting supports dual-sided accounting, event-driven automations and complex structures with intercompany processes, consolidation, funds flow and equity pickup. Reporting covers investor, investment, financial and operational information and is API-accessible. Portfolio Monitoring collects, analyzes and reports investment metrics. The investor portal provides secure document sharing and real-time performance updates. REST APIs and webhooks connect existing systems and respond to platform events. Entrilia MCP lets compatible assistants query live fund data through SmartViews and links each answer to its report. Entrilia says MCP follows existing roles, does not copy data into another AI system and does not use fund data to train models.
