In their own words
Philips SpeechLive
Philips SpeechLive captures and manages dictations, routing recordings to assistants, teams, or speech recognition. Users can record in a browser or mobile app, upload recordings, assign tasks, track job status, and use human transcription services. AI Assistants can turn audio and supporting files such as PDFs and images into draft documents using templates and natural-language editing. The API has an OpenAPI interface and real-time webhooks; listed partners include Actionstep, Clio, iManage, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI, NetDocuments, and Nuance. SpeechLive says dictations are protected with AES 256-bit encryption and offers email-based MFA and Microsoft credential single sign-on. It says AI processing data is deleted after processing and not used to train AI models. Dictations and attachments are hosted on Microsoft Azure, stored regionally, and can be restored by administrators for up to 30 days after accidental deletion. The paid service has no free plan. Basic costs $12.90 a month, billed annually, excluding tax; a 14-day trial is also available for up to 10 users and 200 speech-recognition minutes per user, without a credit card.
