In their own words
Accevo APS
Accevo APS is a web application for creating executable manufacturing schedules alongside ERP systems. It plans machines, qualified personnel, tools, materials and other production resources against real constraints. The planning engine can balance up to seven weighted criteria, including setup and production costs, throughput time, capacity use and delivery reliability. Integrated MRP provides lot-size optimization, pull-push strategies and Available-to-Promise checks. Planners adjust an interactive Gantt chart with real-time restriction checks, while scenario mode compares simulated plans using KPIs before commitment. REST APIs and dedicated connectors provide bidirectional synchronization with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor and Comarch. When connected to Accevo MES, confirmations, machine states and order progress update schedules in real time. No client installation is required. Accevo lists food and beverage, automotive and electronics, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, and discrete manufacturing. Typical implementation is 3–6 months, with ERP integration usually 4–6 weeks. License choices are perpetual, subscription or fully managed SaaS; pricing is on request.
MORE MX
MORE MX provides production visibility and manufacturing workflow tools for make-to-order operations. Its planning tools assess stock, sales and purchase orders, multi-level bills of materials, and production already underway to suggest what to make or buy. Workcenter schedules prioritize workloads, account for finite capacity, and forecast deliveries; planners can adjust schedules with drag-and-drop what-if feedback. A capacity calendar covers variable shifts, rosters, holidays, maintenance downtime, start times, and breaks. Factory screens collect job-time and QA data in real time on touchscreens or standard PC terminals, and the platform supports barcode-driven workflows. MORE MX presents production and inventory information from an EXO system. It is listed for Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, web, API, extensions, and self-hosted use. The software is paid, with pricing available on request; visitors can request a free demo.
