It can also print deposit receipts and supports paperless use. Alerts help identify possible discrepancies and negative client balances. The browser-based service needs no installation or manual updates and supports computers and mobile devices. The site says communications use SSL encryption, with redundant servers and three regular data backups daily. A 30-day trial is available, and the monthly plan costs $19.94 a month. The terms allow file hosting to be disabled or throttled if bandwidth use exceeds 5 gigabytes per month or significantly exceeds other users' average use.
