AchieveIt vs OpenText Portfolio & Strategy

AchieveIt is a cloud strategic planning and execution platform connecting people, plans, and data with measurable progress. It supports integrated plans, unlimited plans organized around an organization’s own methodology, multi-plan views, dashboards, and real-time progress reports. Automated requests collect status, commentary, and metric updates on a chosen cadence. Custom dashboards can combine information from any plan and be scheduled for delivery, while widgets can embed dashboard information on websites, intranets, or SharePoint sites. The Data Integration API imports metrics from CRM, ERP, HR, and other systems, including CSV files. A Microsoft Teams integration is in beta for activity notifications, channel subscriptions to plans, and actions from Teams. API requests require an API key, HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or later, and the web application’s role-based permissions. AchieveIt states that it maintains SOC 2 Type II attestation and FedRAMP authorization at the Low Impact Level. Packages include implementation and ongoing support, with a designated Customer Success Manager and Strategy Consultant. Pricing is by quote, and listed packages have a 20-user minimum.
