In their own words
Activepieces
Activepieces is an AI automation platform for teams building workflows and AI agents, with governance and security controls. Users can describe an outcome in chat and have the platform create a flow or agent. Flows support branching, retries, waitpoints, subflows, error handling, human approvals, and inline TypeScript. Its catalog lists 764 integrations, including Gmail, Slack, OpenAI, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce; every piece is included on every plan. Activepieces runs in its cloud, on customer infrastructure, or in air-gapped environments. Connected apps can also be made available through one MCP server for clients such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf. The company says customer automations, runs, documents, and prompts are not used to train models. Free includes 1,000 credits a month and one user; when credits run out, further runs wait until the next day’s refresh. Plus is $20 a month, and Team is $200 a month. It is available through web, API, and self-hosting.
Hiveflow
Hiveflow is a visual platform for building, running and monitoring AI workflows and agents. Its drag-and-drop canvas lets users assemble workflows from nodes, connections, prompts and model settings. The catalog includes 44+ node types, such as LLM agents, HTTP, database, memory, loops, human-in-the-loop and MCP nodes. Triggers can be scheduled or respond to events, webhooks, file changes or custom conditions; flows also support branching logic, loops and retries. Named model options include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vertex, Bedrock, Groq and Mistral, with managed or bring-your-own keys. Hiveflow lists 100+ integrations, including messaging, productivity and database services. Monitoring covers execution metrics, errors, debugging, alerts and cost analysis, while team workspaces support sharing, comments, reviews and role permissions. It runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, web, API and extension platforms. A free option is available. Professional is listed from $397/mo, billed annually, with 25,000 executions/month and up to 25 workflows.
