In their own words
Activepieces
Activepieces is an AI automation platform for teams building workflows and AI agents, with governance and security controls. Users can describe an outcome in chat and have the platform create a flow or agent. Flows support branching, retries, waitpoints, subflows, error handling, human approvals, and inline TypeScript. Its catalog lists 764 integrations, including Gmail, Slack, OpenAI, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce; every piece is included on every plan. Activepieces runs in its cloud, on customer infrastructure, or in air-gapped environments. Connected apps can also be made available through one MCP server for clients such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf. The company says customer automations, runs, documents, and prompts are not used to train models. Free includes 1,000 credits a month and one user; when credits run out, further runs wait until the next day’s refresh. Plus is $20 a month, and Team is $200 a month. It is available through web, API, and self-hosting.
Pabbly Connect
Pabbly Connect links applications so they can send and synchronize data through automated workflows. Its web-based, no-code builder supports triggers, actions, multi-step flows, filters, and routers, with more than 2,000 integrations listed. API modules can connect applications through different API structures, while Code by Pabbly runs custom JavaScript and Python scripts. Workflows can use data transformation tools and can be scheduled as often as every minute. Pabbly says triggers and internal steps such as filters and formatters do not count as tasks; action steps do. The Free plan is listed at free with 100 tasks per month and unlimited workflows. Standard lists 10,000 tasks per month and Pro lists 20,000, but neither price is listed. Unlimited is $79 a month and lists unlimited tasks. A separate Lifetime Access option is $349, paid once. Support channels include email, a community forum, Facebook, and tutorials. Pabbly Connect advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases.
