In their own words

Activepieces

Activepieces is an AI automation platform for teams building workflows and AI agents, with governance and security controls. Users can describe an outcome in chat and have the platform create a flow or agent. Flows support branching, retries, waitpoints, subflows, error handling, human approvals, and inline TypeScript. Its catalog lists 764 integrations, including Gmail, Slack, OpenAI, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce; every piece is included on every plan. Activepieces runs in its cloud, on customer infrastructure, or in air-gapped environments. Connected apps can also be made available through one MCP server for clients such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf. The company says customer automations, runs, documents, and prompts are not used to train models. Free includes 1,000 credits a month and one user; when credits run out, further runs wait until the next day’s refresh. Plus is $20 a month, and Team is $200 a month. It is available through web, API, and self-hosting.

Processo

Processo is a web-based no-code platform for modeling data, automating workflows, building internal apps and deploying AI agents for business processes. Its visual builder creates apps, dashboards and reports from shared data. Prebuilt process templates cover CRM, Task Management and Order Management, with a blank canvas option. Agents can run from triggers or schedules, use assigned tools and APIs, and answer natural-language questions about process data with tables and charts. Connectors include Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, Microsoft, Amazon S3, Stripe, banking and e-sign, alongside inbound webhooks and outbound REST APIs. An encrypted secrets manager stores credentials for runtime injection. Permissions can be set by entity, field and row, while approvals support sequential, parallel or conditional steps. The Free plan costs nothing, billed monthly, for one user and one process.
