The system supports recurring appointments, online consultations, invoices, and online payments, and sends automatic reminders for visits or checkups. Calendar integration includes two-way sync. The integration catalogue lists calendar and video meeting services, payment services, website builders, and automation tools. Access is listed for web, Android, iOS, iPad, and an extension. The free plan provides basic booking functionality; Pro costs $8.33 a month and paid plans have a 14-day trial. Automated reminders, detailed analytics, and priority support require a paid subscription. Support is available seven days a week at no cost on any plan. Third-party fees such as SMS, WhatsApp, Stripe, and PayPal are not included in plan prices. EasyWeek says it handles data in line with PCI DSS, SSL, and GDPR standards and does not sell or share business or client data.
