In their own words

Adapt

Adapt creates personalised revision plans for GCSE, A Level and other supported qualification students. The planner uses exam dates and available study time, then adjusts as a student progresses. Its catalogue lists more than 1,200 courses across 20 qualifications and levels, although the notes and practice questions available depend on the course. Premium adds teacher-written notes, audio lessons, unlimited quizzes and past-paper questions, worked explanations for multiple-choice answers, and hints for written questions. Students can also control topic rescheduling, daily subject mixing and how many weeks ahead to plan. Adapt for Schools gives teachers aggregated, anonymous class confidence ratings. A six-character code from a student's school is used to connect to the school service. The free plan includes ads, limited revision content and practice questions, and a weekly limit on note views. Adapt runs on web, iOS and Android. Premium Monthly costs £24.99 per month; one-time options include £89.99 for access until August 2027, £149.99 until August 2028, and £249.99 for lifetime access.

MyStudyLife

MyStudyLife is a student planner for classes, tasks, exams and extracurricular activities, with syncing across Android, iOS and the web. Timetables can use rotating, block, A/B or custom schedules and include term dates and holidays. Homework and revision tasks support seven types, due dates, reminders, auto-repeat and partial completion. Students can record grades, use a Pomodoro focus timer and check exam countdowns. Scout, the AI coach, can answer questions about a student's schedule and build weekly or exam revision plans using classes and deadlines. Listed calendar connections include Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, iCal feeds, Blackboard and Canvas. The app supports offline use, but data must sync before a device is lost to retrieve it elsewhere. The free plan includes the planner and an initial AI timetable scan, but caps homework and revision tasks at five at a time. MSL+ costs $6.99 per month and removes that limit; a seven-day trial is listed. The service says it does not sell user information or show ads, and users can export or delete their data.
