Adaptive XI Intelligence
Adaptive XI Intelligence is an AI-powered learning management platform for homeschool families, K-12 schools, and universities, available on web and mobile. Its learning engine uses student activity to model mastery and misconceptions, adapt explanations, and schedule follow-up reviews. The platform lists more than 50 AI tools, including tutoring, grading, lesson and curriculum planning, quiz generation, IEP writing, and early-warning tools. Brandon’s Lens includes dyslexia-friendly reading supports, structured literacy practice, a Calm Space, and step-by-step assignment help at no extra cost. Courses can connect external LTI tools such as Desmos, Kahoot, and Nearpod.
The company says it supports FERPA, HIPAA, and COPPA compliance and Section 508 accessibility. It describes HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and role-based, audit-logged access. It also states that student data is not sold, used for ads, or shared with third parties. Solo costs $588 a year, Family costs $1,188 a year, and Co-op costs $2,388 a year. School and district pricing is custom, with onboarding, data import, and live teacher training included.
SEN Master
SEN Master is hosted software for schools tracking Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision. Its annual-review tools track stages, calculate milestone dates and collect input from staff, parents and professionals. A SENCO dashboard flags overdue or missing targets, strategies and EHCP obligations across cohorts or filtered groups. Schools can create reusable questionnaires and view or export responses. Student profiles provide teachers with live targets and strategies, while assessment matrices and group comparisons support progress monitoring and PDF report exports. The product includes hundreds of preloaded SMART targets and strategies organised by SEN area; schools can personalize them or create their own. Intervention tools cover student enrolment, attendance and progress measurement using custom assessment scales. Automatic student-data syncing is supported for SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom and ScholarPack. SEN Master runs in a browser without installation. The paid annual school licence is available by quote, and the site offers a 42-day trial. Each school licence is for that school's employees, and fewer authorised users do not reduce the fee.
