BriteCore
BriteCore is a cloud-native core insurance platform for property and casualty insurers. It manages policies, claims, billing, product definition and rating, documents, and financial and regulatory reporting. Point-and-click tools let teams define products, coverages, rates, and fees, while low-code tools support product and rating changes. Web portals serve agents, insurers, and policyholders; policyholders can also use a native mobile app, and the API can support custom portals and apps. BriteCore lists more than one hundred prebuilt integrations, custom integration development, and a published API. Its support documentation describes more than 1,000 public-facing endpoints for policy, billing, claims, documents, and reporting data. The platform runs on AWS and requires an internet connection to access. BriteCore says embedded AI copilots and multi-agent systems automate routine workflow tasks while people remain involved in decisions. Pricing is on request and based on production volumes. Support includes standard hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time and a 24/7 critical defect line.
