In their own words
Landlord Studio
Landlord Studio is property management software for independent landlords, covering rental listings, tenant screening, rent collection, accounting, tax reporting, and maintenance. Landlords can create listings and syndicate them to Zillow, Zumper, Trulia, Padmapper, Dwellsy, and HotPads. Online rent collection includes tenant autopay, reminders, late fees, receipts, and automated income tracking. For bookkeeping, the service tracks rental income and expenses, scans receipts, imports bank transactions, and provides a financial dashboard. More than 15 reports are available, including profit and loss and Schedule E reports. Tenants can submit maintenance requests through a portal, while landlords track and prioritize the resulting tasks. The free Go plan is limited to three units, one user, and 10 documents. Pro costs $12 a month billed annually, and Pro Plus costs $28 a month billed annually; both include three units. Bank feeds use Plaid, require Pro, and are available in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Pro and Pro Plus include a one-way Xero transaction sync. The service is available on Android, iOS, and web.
