In their own words
Adiasoft Production Software
Adiasoft Production Software is a cloud-based production system for factories and industrial plants, covering production planning, MRP, manufacturing orders, shop-floor tracking, costs and e-invoicing. Its master production schedule uses demand and capacity, while multilevel bill-of-materials calculations generate purchase requirements. The system tracks production by stage, shift and daily output, and records actual material, labor and overhead costs per order. Paid plans list production reports, capacity and work centers, routings, quality control, waste and rework, lot and serial traceability, and OEE indicators. Connected modules include sales and e-invoicing, purchasing, CRM, treasury, accounting, payroll, supplier portal, quality control and machine maintenance. E-invoicing is filed with SUNAT in Peru; in 16 other countries, the system is configured but does not yet file documents with tax authorities. The free plan allows up to 100 monthly internal-control documents, which are not tax-valid. The product is available on the web. Plan Pyme costs $120 a month and Plan Corporativo costs $250 a month.
MRP One
MRP One is a cloud MRP II platform for manufacturers, covering production planning, materials, workloads and shop-floor operations. Its MRP engine calculates purchasing requirements from bills of materials, sales orders, inventory and supplier lead times. Planning tools include AI-assisted demand forecasting, automatic and manual scheduling, Gantt charts, conflict detection and capacity alerts. Inventory management shows stock levels and reservations, allocates materials, flags shortages and tracks stock movements. Workers can report labor, machine time, scrap and quality data using barcode scanning or touchscreen input. MRP One lists metalworking and fabrication, furniture and woodworking, electronics and assembly, textiles and apparel, and custom manufacturing as target industries. It runs entirely in the cloud, without installation or on-premises deployment. Enterprise plans include custom API integrations; other customers can discuss integration needs with the company. The free plan is limited to one user, 12 workcenters, 15 workers, 25 active orders and a 1 GB database. Small Teams costs €115 a month, while Growing Teams costs €175 a month.
