In their own words
Adobe Campaign
Adobe Campaign brings online and offline customer data together to automate personalized campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and web landing pages. It is positioned for large-scale, data-driven outbound campaigns. The platform builds customer profiles and audience segments from multiple sources, and can connect to CRM, point-of-sale, and ecommerce data. It also offers direct access to Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, and Amazon Redshift warehouses without duplicating data. Content tools include an AI Assistant, dynamic content blocks, templates, multilingual authoring, and a drag-and-drop message designer. Workflows handle multi-step campaigns and dataset updates; experimentation tools support A/B tests and inbox previews. Contact controls include frequency capping and campaign prioritization. Adobe lists integrations with Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, Workfront, and Adobe Experience Platform. Managed Cloud Services describes security controls, monitoring, onboarding, and optimization planning. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
