Doc VOI extracts income information and submits it to Freddie Mac’s AIM Check. The API offers standardized reports, granular datasets, real-time visibility, webhook alerts, and REST integration. Argyle names integrations for point-of-sale systems and mortgage loan origination systems, and is an authorized supplier for Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter validation service and an approved provider for Freddie Mac AIM. The company says it covers about 90% of the U.S. workforce and returns more than 170 income data fields with supporting documents.
