In their own words

ADP WorkForce Suite (formerly WorkForce Software)

ADP WorkForce Suite is enterprise workforce management software for coordinating time and attendance, scheduling, absence and leave, labor forecasting, analytics and employee communications. It is designed for organizations with union agreements, shift-based work, multi-country labor requirements, regulated operations and large hourly or frontline teams. Configurable rules model pay policies and union agreements, with adjustments for operating policies and regulatory changes across jurisdictions. Employees can record time using clocks, web-enabled computers, tablets or phones, as well as voice or SMS phone entry. Scheduling includes shift swaps, rotating patterns, skills and certification checks, and outreach to qualified replacements for open shifts. Absence tools handle eligibility, required documents, balances, approvals and audit trails. The Suite connects to HCM and ERP platforms including SAP, Workday and Oracle through APIs and file interfaces. It runs on Android, iOS and the web, with API access. Pricing is on request, and prospective customers can request a live demo. The vendor describes dedicated client success resources and around-the-clock or regionally extended support.

Mobile Worker

Mobile Worker is an app for commercial and technical field teams to manage tasks, visits, expenses, orders and customer notifications. Teams can import tasks from Excel or CSV, connect through an API, then assign and plan work automatically. The app uses workers’ smartphone GPS for location and trip history, with alerts for unexpected stops and geofence entry or exit. It can send ETA and status messages by SMS or email and share real-time tracking links with customers. Workers can document deliveries, technical visits, installations and sales with photos, signatures and other information. They can enter orders from a product catalog and record expenses with receipt photos; orders sync to the web administrator. Offline use is supported, with data sent once connectivity returns. Mobile Worker runs on Android, iOS and the web, with an API also listed. The maker recommends iOS 15 or later and Android 11 or later and says no additional tracking equipment is needed. The free Básico plan is limited to five users and 100 tasks per month. Pro is $25 a month, and a 15-day trial is listed. Advanced includes API integrations, with pricing available by contacting sales.
