Advanced Email Verifier
Advanced Email Verifier checks addresses in databases and mailing lists for validity and helps identify bounced or undeliverable contacts. It can verify directly through SMTP; its optional validation API mode requires a separately purchased Swift Email Verifier key. ODBC connections to MS Access, MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle let users check database addresses without importing and exporting them. The software also imports lists from CSV, Excel, XML, MS Access, and DBISAM, and exports results and custom fields to formats including CSV, HTML, XML, and SQL script. Its bounce handler processes messages from POP3 or IMAP servers, or local and network folders. Other tools check syntax, remove auto-replies, sort and filter addresses, and save or recover data after an interruption. It runs on Windows; Mac use requires Parallels Desktop and a Windows license, and no Linux version is available. Some addresses may remain Unknown, and results depend partly on server setup and IP reputation. The free demo has limited verification capacity; the single-user license is $99 as a one-time purchase.
