AdvisorCRM says it can mirror custodian transactions, positions, cash, goals, alerts, and performance metrics. Listed connections include Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Nitrogen Wealth, Zoom, DocuSign, Charles Schwab, Calendly, Egnyte, SmartData, and Typeform. The maker describes a REST API and Zapier integration, with full API documentation and Zapier guides still forthcoming. Its security page states that data is stored in the United States, encrypted at rest with AES-256 or stronger, and transmitted over TLS 1.2 or later; it also states SOC 2 certification, audit trails, and role-based access controls. The free Core CRM plan provides unlimited contacts for up to three users, one connected calendar and email, and AI meeting notes by manual upload only. Workflows & AI costs $59 a month for up to five users.
