AdvisorPitch
AdvisorPitch is a proposal platform for advisors, consultants, agencies, suppliers, and service businesses. It creates, sends, and tracks proposals, manages client relationships, collects e-signatures, and reports opens and page-by-page engagement. AI drafting uses engagement details or uploaded source material to prepare proposals with an executive summary, scope, deliverables, milestones, and pricing. InstaBrief records or accepts uploaded audio, transcribes it, creates an engagement brief, and uses that brief to draft a proposal. Clients sign in a browser, and a sealed PDF is automatically delivered to both parties on every plan. Starter costs $62 a month and includes one seat and 25 proposals per month; Pro costs $104 a month with unlimited proposals and five audio hours; Enterprise costs $199 a month, requires at least 25 seats, and includes 20 audio hours. Extra InstaBrief audio hours cost $6 each. Pro and Enterprise add CRM and invoicing integrations, webhooks, and Zapier. The listed mobile platforms are Android and iOS, though app store availability is marked coming soon.
