In their own words
Advyzon
Advyzon is a wealth management technology platform for advisory firms, bringing portfolio management, reporting, billing, CRM, document management, rebalancing and client access tools together. Firms can generate branded reports from performance, allocation and trading data, schedule them, and share them through a client portal. Portfolio oversight includes business intelligence, investment strategy management and automated alerts. The CRM gathers client activity, tasks, opportunities, workflows, alerts, communications and relationship history in one view; Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations connect emails and meetings to client records. The Quantum rebalancer provides nine rebalancing and trading modes, tax-loss harvesting, cash management and multi-custodial trading. Document controls include WORM-compliant storage, audit trails, role-based permissions and retention choices of 3 years, 6 years or Lifetime. Clients can view customized reports on performance, transactions, unrealized gains or losses and projected cash flow through a branded portal and mobile app. Goals-Based Investing supports goal creation, scenario modeling, portfolio alignment, proposals and progress monitoring; full financial planning is described as coming soon. Pricing is on request.
Conquest
Conquest is a financial planning platform built around its Strategic Advice Manager (SAM), an engine that evaluates and ranks strategies, models life events, and responds to client questions. SAM combines a calculation engine with a proprietary AI expert system to produce deterministic, repeatable, auditable results. One engine supports self-directed, hybrid, and advisor-led planning across retirement, investment, insurance, tax, business succession, estate, corporate, and family trust needs. The platform includes a client portal, cash-flow modeling, goal planning, scenario analysis, and tax, insurance, and investment planning. An open two-way API can connect SAM to existing technology or custom advisor and client experiences. Its MCP Server connects plan data to assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, with firm-controlled access and authenticated connections. The independent-advisor offering lists Charles Schwab, TradePMR, held-away account aggregation, Zocks, and Jump as live at launch; Wealthbox and portfolio reporting are described as forthcoming. Conquest was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The company says it serves more than 1,000 firms across Canada, the US, and the UK and has powered more than 2.5 million financial plans.
