In their own words
AEB Customs Management
AEB Customs Management is a cloud platform for managing import and export customs processes through web and API access. Filing modules automate declarations for one or multiple countries and connect with a host system. A customs warehouse module creates administrative records and audit reports while supporting stock balancing, tracking, and reconciliation. Broker collaboration includes API data exchange, data enrichment, and status and result overviews. Product classification can be automated or manual and provides customs tariffs from more than 150 countries. Origin and preferences tools calculate preferential origin and manage supplier declarations. AEB describes SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration across public-cloud, private-cloud, and on-premises systems. Listed capabilities include declaration filing, HS classification, compliance records, API access, sanctions screening, and multi-country coverage. AEB says its German-operated data centers are ISO 27001 certified and describes redundant systems, encrypted offsite tape backups, firewalls, anti-malware, and recurring penetration tests. Pricing starts at €129/mo; the named plan is quote-based, with components usable separately or together.
CustomsVerse
CustomsVerse is a trade compliance platform for classification, origin and tariffs, customs declarations and indirect tax. Its Atlas AI determines HS and commodity codes across the UK Tariff and EU TARIC, records its reasoning and supports human review. The platform tests rules of origin and free-trade agreement preference eligibility, retaining evidence for claims. It supports direct filing to HMRC CDS and EU import and export systems, with document processing and pre-submission validation. Import VAT, postponed accounting, excise duties and deferment-account tracking connect to customs records. Decisions and evidence are stored in timestamped, retrievable records. Insight and Foresight report on duty spend and exposure and model regulatory and sourcing scenarios; scenario modelling is available from Max. ERP connections can use live transaction data, while CustomsLake offers OpenAPI data pipelines and an independent Data-as-a-Service option. Its current end-to-end focus is the UK and EU. Atlas AI Product Classifier has a free plan at free; pricing for other offerings is on request.
