Aeries SIS
Aeries SIS is a student information system for K–12 district operations and student data management. It includes a Teacher Gradebook and Student Portal, with records covering attendance, behavior, grades, schedules, transcripts, graduation tracking, interventions, health, and student services. Reporting capabilities include CALPADS and PEIMS submissions, state reporting, health records, and disciplinary records. Listed integrations include Canvas, ClassLink, Clever, Ed-Fi, Google Classroom, and Microsoft products. Parent and student Mobile Portal apps are available for iOS and Android; the system supports current Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, as well as Chromebooks. Aeries says its cloud-hosted service runs on AWS and describes encryption, firewalls, secure transfer protocols, audits, and automatic backups. It also says districts retain ownership of and access to their cloud data, and that it follows open standards for portability and synchronization as an Ed-Fi Alliance member. Pricing is available on request. Districts maintaining their own infrastructure need Microsoft Server operating systems.
Kiddom
Kiddom is a K–12 digital curriculum platform combining curriculum, instructional tools, assessment, and learning intelligence. Its Atlas system analyzes daily student work, identifies misconceptions, groups students, and prepares differentiated next steps within the core curriculum. Teachers can review groups and override recommendations, retaining the final instructional decision. Kiddom AI includes an HQIM-aware assistant, Lesson Clipper, Practice Generator, AI-Grading, and AI-Feedback. Kiddom says these teacher-facing features anonymize information sent through a secure API and do not use shared information to train the underlying model. Curriculum choices include Illustrative Mathematics, EL Education, OpenSciEd, OpenStax, and Bayou Bridges. Accessibility provisions include dyslexia-supporting text, student controls, UDL Guidelines, and native text-to-speech. Integrations include Clever, ClassLink, Schoology, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, and Canvas, with single sign-on. A student print full course set is listed at $27 a year; shipping is not included and prices vary by grade and item.
