Affilyn
Affilyn helps Shopify merchants run affiliate programs by onboarding partners, tracking referral sales, managing commissions and payouts, and reviewing program performance. Merchants install it through Shopify and access it from Shopify admin. Features include affiliate link tracking, attribution settings, partner analytics, balance and commission timing visibility, and fraud review signals. Partner workflows cover applications and invitations, profiles, tier rules, custom commissions, payout queue review, storefronts, campaigns, gifting and contracts. The free plan has no recurring app charge and supports five active partners and one VIP storefront, with unlimited product syncing and affiliate links. Paid plans are billed every 30 days through Shopify: Starter costs $29 a month, Growth $79 a month, Professional $199 a month, and Enterprise $499 a month. Their partner caps range from 25 to 2,500, with tier-specific storefront, storage and analytics limits. Affilyn is only for merchants and programs connected to Shopify stores.
OpenPartner
OpenPartner is a partner attribution platform for tracking clicks, identity, revenue, and payouts. It is positioned for SaaS, ecommerce, and other businesses running partner programs, as well as creators promoting brands. Brands can optionally list offerings on the OpenPartner Network, where creators can browse programs and apply. Brands pay partners directly through Stripe Connect; OpenPartner does not hold money. Listed integrations include Stripe Billing webhooks and CRM workflows for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, and Copper, as well as Zapier and Make. The browser SDK is installed as @openpartner/sdk and ships ESM and CJS bundles with no runtime dependencies. Self-hosting uses Docker Compose for Postgres, the API, click router, and portal on one machine, and requires Docker 24+ with 2GB RAM minimum. Hosted data residency is in the US today; SOC 2 Type II is planned, and DPA support is available on request. Hosted Revshare is priced at 3% of GMV with no monthly fee; Flex is $49 per month plus 1.5% of GMV. A free self-hosted core is listed.
