Clienteer
Clienteer is a configurable CRM for hedge funds, private equity firms and other asset managers. It brings investor and prospect communications together with account records, fundraising activity and transaction workflows. Its fundraising interface tracks capital raising and supports forecasts by date, opportunity stage or other factors. Teams can target campaigns, roadshows and events by investor characteristics such as location or investment preferences, and track email interactions and document downloads. Clienteer consolidates monthly investor reporting packages for distribution with watermarks and password protection. Workflows cover subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls and transfers; compliance records can include ERISA levels, Form PF, FATCA categories, New Issue Eligibility, KYC and AIFMD. Outlook, Exchange and Gmail integrations support filing email into the CRM. Audit reports and defined user roles support activity review and access restrictions. Deployment options include Imagineer's cloud, a client or third party cloud, and on-premise hosting. The maker describes desktop, web and mobile access, plus direct API and open database access.
