Warframe Launcher provides access to Warframe, a multiplayer third-person action shooter set in the Origin System. Players select customizable Warframes with abilities such as invisibility, teleportation, and mind control, then use parkour combat and collect, upgrade, and modify hundreds of weapons. Open worlds add activities including hoverboard riding, fishing, mining, and cave exploration. Cross-platform missions, matchmaking, and chat are supported across PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and mobile. Account linking carries progress and items from a primary account to linked platforms, and that link is permanent. The game is free to play, with optional in-game purchases; Platinum is a premium currency for enhancements such as weapons and Warframes. The Windows download requires Windows 7 64-bit or newer, 4 GB RAM, 75 GB of storage, and broadband internet. Mac and Linux are unsupported, and offline play is unavailable. A standalone installer is offered for multi-installs, though it installs more slowly.
